Three steps to install it
The second step looks odd, but it is not a mistake: Android asks this about any file that did not come from a store.
The button above puts the .apk on your phone. When the download finishes, tap the file in the notification.
Android asks once: settings open, you turn the permission on for your browser or file manager, and go back.

No file for iPhone — the site becomes the app
Apple does not allow installing an app from a website, so there is no .ipa for iPhone and there will not be one soon. Instead Safari adds the site to the home screen as an app: the icon sits among the others, the address bar is gone, and the menu opens with no network.
Chrome and Firefox on iPhone run on Safari’s engine too and cannot install either — which is why these steps name Safari.
